Building Nigeria's tomorrow, one youth at a time.
From a grassroots movement in Umuahia to a multi-regional, multi-national foundation — HTYIF proves that passion backed by structure creates lasting change.
Founded in Umuahia, Abia State
HTYIF began as a grassroots youth initiative in Southeast Nigeria — driven by the belief that every young Nigerian deserves a pathway to productivity, regardless of background or circumstance.
Multi-Regional Expansion
Operations opened in Ilorin (Northwest) and Port Harcourt (South-South) — making HTYIF one of the few Nigerian youth NGOs active across multiple geopolitical zones.
Nigeria Student Bill of Rights
HTYIF proposed the Nigeria Student Bill of Rights — a landmark advocacy initiative demanding safe, equitable, and quality higher education for all Nigerian students.
Diaspora Presence Established
Community presence established in New York and Ontario, Canada — connecting Nigerian youth at home with the global diaspora and opening international support networks.
